Private Yoga Coaching Sessions starting at 75.00 per hour.
Clare Murray Volo
500 Hour Kripalu RYT
Clare is a 500+ hour trained Kripalu Yoga instructor. Clare found her way on to the mat in the Fall of 2000. Her massage therapist informed her that she was very removed from her body & she needed to find a way to reconnect with her authentic self. One Kripalu Yoga class later and she was a changed woman. She felt herself breathe. She felt herself relax. She felt herself feel. 21+ years later, Kripalu Yoga remains Clare's saving grace of how to find her way home to herself. Since the Fall of 2006, it has been Clare's humble honor to share all that she knows about Kripalu Yoga. Her intention of why she does what she does is to invite her beloved students on to the path and experience the pilgrimage towards love, light, self & home. As Swami Kripalu shared,"Love is my only path. I am in fact a pilgrim on the path of love.” Join Clare & other yogic pilgrims for a weekly journey on the path of love. Clare is truly grateful for the om-mazing Jean Marie and for their divine & serendipitous meetup in 2006. A true heart to heart connection began that day.
Mary McAndrew
500 Hour Kripalu RYT
& Let Your Yoga Dance
For years Mary had read of the many benefits yoga could offer to help bring balance and stability to her life. Finally, hoping to regain strength and mobility while recovering from an injury, she made her way to her first yoga class. She wishes she hadn’t waited so long to make her way to the mat! Yoga allowed her to slow down and reconnect with her breath and body; to grow stronger, more flexible, and more fearless on and off the mat. An educator for the last thirty years with a love for learning, it seems only natural that as one career winds down a new path begins. She is Kripalu trained as both a yoga teacher and a Let Your Yoga Dance for Special Populations teacher and has continued to advance her study of yoga and Ayurveda. Mary leads with a compassionate and thoughtful approach striving to bring her enthusiasm for Kripalu yoga to every body.
