Summer invites us to loosen our schedules, spend more time outdoors, travel, gather with friends, and enjoy the longer days. Our summer series is designed with that spirit in mind.
Join us for a unique lineup of classes led by beloved returning teachers and special guest instructors. Each week offers something a little different while staying rooted in mindful movement, relaxation, and community.
